Alicante

Alicante is the southernmost province of the autonomous region Valencia in Spain. The province is located on Mediterranean and has as capital the city Alicante. Alicante is divided over 141 municipalities. This makes this one of the Spanish provinces with the greatest population density. 

In the 14th century Alicante was definitively included in the Kingdom of Valencia. Before that, Alicante was dominated by the Arabs. In the 18th century a centralist government was established by the Spanish monarchy. The name Alicante (Alacant in Valencian) is said to be derived from Arab Allah Kanth which means Land of God.

Well-known tourist attractions in the vicinity are the various nature reserves and the cities of Murcia and Alicante. In this region of Alicante you can experience everything you can imagine. From sun bathing on the beaches, culture, sports, nature and many things more.

Orihuela Costa

Orihuela Costa is located on Spain's Costa Blanca south, in the province of Alicante, in the Spanish autonomous region of Valencia. Orihuela Costa has a coastline of no less than 16 km where beautiful sandy beaches, cliffs and bays with clear water alternate, such as Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Dehesa de Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Dehesa de Campoamor is located approximately 13 km south of the port city of Torrevieja and is the name of an urbanization, sandy beach and marina in the municipality of Orihuela Costa. Dehesa de Campoamor is distinguished by white sandy beaches in an environment with green pine forests and extensive forest areas. Here you will find, in addition to peace and quiet, an incredible diversity of leisure and culture.

Villamartin

Villamartin is an area in the province of Alicante, Orihuela Costa region. Villamartin is oneone of the most established and luxurious urbanizations in the region. Villamartin is also known for its first-class golf courses.

The Villamartin municipality consists of several urbanizations, including Villacosta, Eagles Nest, Montegolf, Las Filipinas, El Presidente, Los Valencias, El Galan, and Blue Lagoon. Villamartin Plaza is the vibrant center, with shops, facilities, good restaurants and often live music.

"La Plaza", is built around an open square with mosaic tiles and palm trees permanently inhabited by parrots.

Quadrant villa Casa Tanit

Qadrantvilla Casa Tanit is located in Villamartin, in the urbanization Las Filipinas (Orihuela Costa), 65 km south of Alicante airport on the Costa Brava in the Alicante, Orihuela Costa region.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area on a one-way street. Within walking distance (400 metres) are bars and restaurants and a small supermarket. A little further at 1500 meters is the Mercadona and the La Fuente shopping center with many bars and restaurants. Villa Martin plaza and the huge La Zenia shopping centre, the beaches and all other activities are all a short drive away.
